Construction is underway at The Addison Gateway a 323 luxury apartment community that broke ground in September of 2019 developed by ContraVest Development Partners.
It will consist of a mix on 1/1, 2/2, and 3/2 (bed/ baths). The amenities include an approx. 9,000 sf luxury clubhouse, Wi-Fi business center, a pet spaw and run, resort-style pool, fitness center, and resident community space. The project will be a great addition to the local community serving the many employees that work in this sector of Orlando, the Orlando Airport, and the Lake Nona medical center.
